It was so easy to order the glasses I… It was so easy to order the glasses I wanted, and put in my prescription online. The prices are affordable, which I really appreciated. But then when I asked about exchanging the eyeglasses for a different style, I was told I would have to pay shipping for the exchange, so I just decided to keep the glasses I ordered. I hate having to pay shipping. But the glasses I kept are nice ones and good quality. The lenses are perfect!

I had ordered a diopter of1.75 for two pairs as part of a BOGO deal. I have contacted Koalaeye to initiate a return but have not received any response.

I perceived that you thought my lenses would be too thick in the material I had requested but I knew that when I initially ordered them. Please do not allow a customer to order something that is not available. Thank you

I could not order the glasses I wanted… I could not order the glasses I wanted because customer service said rimless frames don't come in progressive lenses. Then why advertise it????

Quick response They contacted me quickly when I did an incorrect order for progressive sunglasses and help make a quick exchange of glasses. I like that they mail/ship to a mail box. Would like to see a better selection but for the price it is a good selection. I am excited to get my second pair of progressives from Koalaeye.com!
