International Recall by Cannondale , The original fitted Fork dangerous and life threatening ( at least one death and many others seriously injured as the fork cracks and breaks without warning. Instructions are immediately owners must stop riding their bicycles and return the bike to closest Cannondale stockist for Warranty Replacement . Cannondale will supply the stockist with a Brand New Carbon Fork to be fitted at their expense. What a joke , I’m being messed around by Cannondale after many many emails . DO NOT buy Cannondale , the Warranty is useless. They obviously don’t really care about safety if their customers !!!! Now returned with new fork with existing brake cables hanging loose , unbelievable , I give up with them . Stay away from Cannondale and Tredz

We bought 2 new Cannondale EV for… We bought 2 new Cannondale EV for almost 9000€. One of the bikes Mavaro Neo 3 Low Step Thru was delivered without a printed owners manual. I have tried to contact this company via mail and telephone several times. They have answering machines and no reply emails. This is a fraud company don,t buy anything from them.One star is too much.

So disappointed with a recent purchase… So disappointed with a recent purchase and lack of support. First time out on gravel bike, good road, 20 miles and chain slipped off 4 times. Second time out, cranks stripped completely after a large hill resulting in 13 mile walk/ push back. Cannot find the replacement parts needed, dealers cannot help claiming they are unable to order parts for micro shift bike, original retailer not interested, cannondale tech emailed several times no response. This is a 2021 topstone 4, selling at £900, beware if something goes wrong you will be left with an unusable bike! Seeking chargeback on credit card as unfit for purpose ... I’ll update with how I this pans out but please be careful for a reputable brand there is NO support out there 😡

Ten year review Evo supersix 2014 My Cannondale carbon evo supersix is coming up to ten years old so I thought it was time for a review. But I was a bit shocked when it came to writing this as Cannondale seem to have picked up a lot of negative reviews which for me are supprising. In the ten years I have had my bike it has been just brilliant, I have done about 40k miles on it which maybe not as much as a regular cycler but I have to travel for work a lot so my riding is sporadic. I find it easy to maintain, cable changes, wheels, pretty much everything on it has been very reliable and easy to sort out. Still looks great, quick clean and apart from a few small dings it could have just come out of the box. A pleasure to ride and great to look at.

Cannondale Free Helmet offer scam? I purchased a new Cannondale mountain bike and applied for the free junction helmet. I got an email confirming this and stating that I would receive the helmet in four to six weeks. Nothing received and you cannot reply to the confirmation email to query. I have spent ages trying to find somewhere to email or telephone. What reputable company has no obvious way of allowing its customers to easily contact them. Where is my helmet, I see I am not the only one! Disgraceful.
