Great customer service. I bought a really expensive Milwaukee M18 FPP6D2-503B FUEL 18V 5.0Ah Li-Ion RedLithium Cordless 6 Piece Kit recently. This year I've been off work unwell and didn't have the presence of mind to register my tools. When I remembered the 30 day registration limit I realised it had expired by a few days. I contacted Milwaukee by email and explained my situation; to my amazement they let me register my tools and even wished me a speedy recovery. I can't fault Milwaukee at all, although I haven't had to return anything yet, but that's a good thing isn't it?

Extremely disappointed in the sewer… Extremely disappointed in the sewer camera. Spent 7,000 on this unit, didn't hold up, they wont cover it after 90 days. They used to be a great company to deal with. Id still recommend the power tool. For me im moving to rigid cameras. These are junk. Even the Tech support person told me they are junk and nothing he can do. Moving forward Rigid will get my business on all sewer cleaning equipment. Will never recommend anything sewer pipeline related again. Now i have $7,000.00 paperweight.

DEFECTIVE BATTERIES AND NO WARRANTY Milwaukee m18 red lithium xc… bought Milwaukee m18 red lithium xc batteries for back up on job site. they sat on the shelf unopened for several months. when needed opened them up but they will not take a charge, Have tried several attempts to get yet unopened batteries replaced. several months with no luck. they say even in the original plastic wrap they cannot do anything.. the Milwaukee so called rep tool pushers were as useles as their batteries. STAY AWAY FROM MILWAUKEE. HAVE TALKED TO OTHER CONTRACTER WHO ARE HAVING BATTERY PROBLEMS AS WELL...

I’m dissatisfied I’m 46. I been using your tools for the majority of my adult life. Mostly professionally for money. For the better part of 18 years I haven’t cut a board with anything other than a Milwaukee saw. I bought a pair of your gloves on the 23rd of January. I worked 2 days. The thumb was about to failure, and you were cheaper by 6 bucks than Wally World. Went back to buy a pair today ( 6 days later) and they cost 27.99. Really?? Are you serious? I’ll only use a dewalt saw from now on. I’m ok with sub par tools at a reasonable price. You went one toke over the line. I’m never gonna use anything with a Milwaukee nameplate again. sincerely a long time customer and advocate. Thoroughly disappointed
