Their passion for the products and time they took to educate customers, including myself, was what sold me. I basically bought one of everything at that expo. It is important to me that edibles, lotions, & salves I use aren’t full of additives. I emailed some questions when I was going to reorder and got my answers super quick. Shipped within 24hrs. Products are working great for me. They are helping with chronic Lyme arthritis and myalgias, gummies are full of flavor. I’ll be a repeat customer. Excellent Customer Service My computer was having an obstinate day when I tried to take advantage of the Earth Day Special sale. My order was declined. When I called customer service I was connected to a most wonderful person. She assisted me with a reorder and was most helpful. My order arrived quickly and was correct. Amazing service. The site evnironment was easy to use and the checkout procces was straightfoward, with the option to pay via popular stretegy such as PayPal. I found the pricuing compettive and the range of products was variad. The only downside I outcame accross was that the delivery took a bit longer than I expected, although this was forzen for my own expectations rather than an issue with the service. All in all though, it was a positives experience and I would recomend folcbd.

The was the worst flower I have… The was the worst flower I have received. It was not trimmed and super dry. Love the flower from FOL but this was a huge disappointment.
