I paid extra for fast shipping to take the product on a trip but emailed to ask when I would receive it since the website did not specify what the faster shipping time was. When they responded, I was not going to get it in time, so I emailed to cancel the order and I went on line and cancelled. (The response said that they would wave the shipping fee, but that did not matter if I could not take the item with me). They did not cancel the order, nor did they refund the shipping and when I returned from my trip, I had the product WHICH WAS THE WRONG PRODUCT - NOT WHAT I ORDERED. Since that time, they have not responded to any of my emails to resolve this issue and the phone number listed for them is always busy so I do not think it is in service. BE VERY CAREFUL IN ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!

After numerous attempts at contacting your company, I had to threaten turning you over to the Better Business Bureau to get not only a response but a refund as well. I will never order from you again and certainly would not recommend you to anyone! I did file a complaint with the BBB.
