Not accepting trade-in. Would not accept trade in of Phillips SimplyGo, with the purchase from them of a lighter pulse machine. They sold me the Simply Go less than a year ago and it was recently refurbished last month (under warranty). The replacement machine is good and the price was fair.

They answer the phone right away They answer the phone right away, THEY SPEAK AMERICAN ENGLISH (easily understandable!) are helpful and ask questions to clarify how they can help, then act and maintain close communications while the process (sale or RMA) is in play. They then 'bow out' until asked for further help
