I’ve been a customer for years I’ve been a customer for years. I bought and had my wife’s Activox portable oxygen concentrator serviced with them. They have been wonderful, quick to respond by email or by phone to get our POC serviced. When our old POC finally couldn’t be serviced anymore so I searched for a new POC. Carey at Portable Oxygen Solutions was very helpful finding the right POC for my wife. We bought the Inogen G5 with 2 double batteries, exactly what we needed with extended warranty.
