A representative then then helped with and kept me informed of the progress. It was simple and easy which was greatly appreciated in this complicated world. Can’t get the Concentrator to work Can’t get the consentrator to work. We have tried overnight charging, waking machine up, for 3 days now. Battery shows no charge, and the monitor shows 0 charge also. Very disappointed. $2,300.00 is too much money to spend on this non working equipment.
