GBI do my research I do my research. Six months from initial contact to purchase. Straight up, very pleased with sales person and purchase. Haven't used service up to this point - new machine. I would like to see the entire POC industry online presence be more up front with pricing. I believe it is a disservice to all sides if pricing research is similar to the used car industry. All providers just put your best price on your sites.

PHI haven't used my concentrator yet but… I haven't used my concentrator yet but the service I got from Nick was outstanding. So far the service experience is great. Hopefully, the same is true about the product.

GBKim was a big help with returning our… Kim was a big help with returning our concentrator for repair. she then called to tell us what needed to be done and what it would cost. that part was great, sure hope it doesn't take the full 6 weeks stated as possible before return to me. but customer service was great. thank you
