Was told if crane broke parts would be over nighted by Lee Cunningham sales man. Been down 7 days now and no communication

Awesome sales and parts Tim Andrews the salesman is great. Look forward to purchasing more equipment from him and Custom Truck going forward-have been a long term customer for over 8 years. Union Grove is a great build sites and Chris Bratz and his staff have been awesome in parts. The only disappointment I have had is dealing with Jackson/Grass Lake. Have called facility and phone calls were not returned from service and or parts. Trying to repair a fractured relationship with this facility but I am not sure they are interested. Dean in service come to see me 6 months ago with new parts manager and I thought we were headed in the right direction but not returning phone calls sent me back to Union Grove

Also Custom Truck has the ability to influence the truck OEM's to see a problem from both the customers concern while understanding all parties concerns.
