She even sent me the tracking information. I won't lie at first I was really skeptical about all the good reviews. 5 stars for sure.

35” 360 booth, IPad LCD booth and Melody’s service I ordered the 35” automatic 360 booth, the enclosure, the led lights and the LCD iPad station. There were other items included as well. The product was customized and sent out in an extremely timely manner. During the designing and packaging of my ordered products, the customer service rep Melody was PHENOMENAL! She kept me informed of when the items shipped and let me know the day of arrival while following up to ensure they arrived on the said day. The only issue i had was the power adapter was faulty but melody came to the rescue and quickly reissued me a replacement adapter. Melody always responded quickly and helped any questions or issues i had! She is the epitome of what a customer service rep should be

She took time to make sure my order was complete, my logo design was correct, and my Ipad size was correct. Working with Zoey and Go360Booth was simple and an easy transaction for me for my first ordering.

Bait & Switch The design and number of pieces of the photo booth we received was not the same as the 2 minute long, sped-up "instructional video" of the one they posted, leaving us at a loss of what to do. No written instructions for a complex assembly. No battery pack to make the circular light work. No mechanical instructions. The booth is "wobbly" and low quality. Response time from company is 2 days with questions half-answered. Do not buy this product from this company!
