35” 360 booth, IPad LCD booth and Melody’s service I ordered the 35” automatic 360 booth, the enclosure, the led lights and the LCD iPad station. There were other items included as well. The product was customized and sent out in an extremely timely manner. During the designing and packaging of my ordered products, the customer service rep Melody was PHENOMENAL! She kept me informed of when the items shipped and let me know the day of arrival while following up to ensure they arrived on the said day. The only issue i had was the power adapter was faulty but melody came to the rescue and quickly reissued me a replacement adapter. Melody always responded quickly and helped any questions or issues i had! She is the epitome of what a customer service rep should be

I haven’t received the product yet but I received a mailing tracking number the next day after purchasing. So happy!! I will definitely be purchasing my next photo booth from this company.

The timing of delivery was great but I… The timing of delivery was great but I can't find a mount for the DSLR camera. The instructions could be more detailed. The ring light has a hole for the camera but no attachment to screw on the camera. Also, I wish they'd let me know there was no money in the money gun and that it needed batteries. This is all new to me so more direction is better. Putting it together wasn't bad but I still have 2 M6 and 2M8 screws left and it isn't clear where they go.
