When one of my items had an issue, they were there to quickly execute the return and exchange process and covered the shipping. I only received 1 gallon of the cotton I only received 1 gallon of the cotton, spindle and detergent solution I purchased from egg crazy. It was in one package. I assume the other package containing the remainder of my order has been lost or was not shipped. Please advise regards, Michael McEwen.

Great customer service. The spring teeth I ordered were somehow lost by UPS, but Elizabeth, following up with my order, called me today and let me know the 27 spring teeth would be re-sent out to me right away. This is great customer service and greatly appreciated. Thanks!

AgCrazy went up above and far beyond… AgCrazy went up above and far beyond what your "normal" vendor would do. Essentially, they brought me to the precipice of the great beyond and introduced me to star light. The journey produced in me an unquenchable thirst which AgCrazy DID quench.
