I ordered a maintenance kit for my IH… I ordered a maintenance kit for my IH Case Farmall 75c tractor. When I received my order, it was for earlier year model tractors and most of the filters would not work on my tractor. After looking at what I had ordered, I realized I had ordered incorrectly. I called AgCrazy and explained I did not get what I thought I was ordering. They took the time to figure out which filters I needed and sent them postage paid. They also paid postage to send back the filters I couldn't use. I wasn't out one cent and they made everything right! They have my business from now on and I will reccomend AgCrazy to all of my tractor owner friends!

Awesome customer service Fair prices and quick shipping. A typo was made in the shipping address. Unfortunately it wasn't caught until it was on it's way back. A quick phone call, issue was found and another set on it's way same day to not increase delay. Very good customer service.

Wheel Hub Purchase I placed an order for a wheel hub and soon after that I was notified that their supplier was out of stock and would be a 2 week or so delay. They (AgCRAZY) notified me with the news immediately and wanted to know if I wanted to keep the order or cancel for a full refund. I was fine with the delay and the part showed up when they said it would. I was satisfied. Communication was very good I will use them again for future purchases. Thank You.

Parts were shipped in a timely manner… Parts were shipped in a timely manner and at a good price. The HF quick hitch top hook replacement still didn’t solve all my problems. Like the OEM top hook, it’s about a 1/4” too high, even at its lowest setting, to accommodate my Land Pride rotary cutter. I will have to buy a die grinder and fix it by grinding out the bottom of the hook so the the top pin of the attachment doesn’t rest on the top hook, preventing it from seating. properly on the bottom hooks.
