GBI had the best experience from AgCRAZY… I had the best experience from AgCRAZY from a question I had to a text letting me know the product was ready for pickup. I went to the Pendleton location and the guy working was awesome and helped even though the product was not where he was told my a coworker to look. He pulled the product from the stock on the floor and also helped me with an additional purchase. I will be checking back in with AgCrazy often.

GBAfter receiving a replacement draft arm… After receiving a replacement draft arm kit there was an apparent problem with the new seals sent with the kit that are to be used with the new shaft. I first spoke with Duane who referred me to Matt. Shared issue with Matt, including photos illustrating issue, who said he would get with his supplier. Called Matt Friday to let him know I haven't heard from anyone yet. Mat said again he would get with supplier. As of 12:00 noon, Saturday, April 18, I haven't heard from anyone. I can't give favorable rating to this order.

CAI only received 1 gallon of the cotton I only received 1 gallon of the cotton, spindle and detergent solution I purchased from egg crazy. It was in one package. I assume the other package containing the remainder of my order has been lost or was not shipped. Please advise regards, Michael McEwen.

GBI had trouble ordering with my phone on… I had trouble ordering with my phone on the web site. So some improvement could be had in that. The order was shipped right away but lost by FedEx. Your people were concerned and tried to help me find the shipment. After much searching my me and your people to no avail they reordered and shipment was received shortly after. Your people did all they could to resolve the problem and I appreciate that.
