Great Delivery Experience I am a DIYer and use Build Club frequently. Customer service is excellent. The lumber is good quality. And the delivery is outstanding. Drivers are super helpful and always on time. One driver even made a return trip to exchange lumber that was warped or split, and later returned with another item I needed. The website is a little difficult to navigate, but Build Club compensates with great customer service. I use them for any items I can't squeeze into my SUV or need quickly and can't make time to pick up myself.

I've purchased a few items from the BuildClub over the past few years and they have been consistently awesome. - delivery is on time or even faster. - excellent customer service. - items are great (we've ordered baseboards and a water heater so far). Customer Satisfaction beyond belief Super fast with delivery. I purchased 13 privacy lattice 4x8, but unfortunately, they only delivered 11. I called to let BuildClub of 2 panels missing, and they immediately took care of it. I had the two panels delivered the next day at no charge.
