Ordered three Wells coats and I messed up one of the orders. I have ordered three Wells coats for my sons in law and me and for one I posted the wrong size. I found an email link on your site and was able to contact one of your agents before the coat was shipped. She immediately took the time to change the order to the correct size BEFORE it was shipped. I don't know of any other online company that would do this or even take the time to respond to my email. You have a great system for handling orders.

The belt is damaged and can't be worn The belt is damaged and can't be worn. The leather wrinkled up oddly when used. I have to wonder if it is leather or maybe just a mistake in process this time. Love your belts I've had before. Can't figure out why these two are sub-par. Please refund my money or replace with better product. John Downey

Sub par communication Communication with your company was sub par and other than the rude CSR I never received a response to any of my emails. I subsequently purchased elsewhere since I did not know if my order was still pending or cancelled. It showed up a few days before Christmas…I returned the item.

The jacket is great The jacket is great. I had to return the first jacket because it was the wrong size, my fault not theirs. The return process was a piece of cake, the only issue was the replacement got lost in processing and shipped after I called to inquire. However, it got to me faster than the first one. Great customer service and pleasant employees to talk with.
