Day in oldest civilization We started planning 10 months before our trip travelling through Egypt & dealing with Latif of Deluxe Tours (not to be confused with Deluxe Travel) was a breeze. He was helpful, informative & made good suggestions. He helped us (group of 8 friends) arrange our domestic travel (train & plane), tours, transfers & can also get good prices for hotels & the Nile cruise. The drivers appointed were punctual & most importantly safe drivers in good new vehicles (with excellent airconditioning). The tour guides used by Deluxe are all excellent but special mention goes to Nevin in Cairo. She is the best guide ever - her knowledge is excellent but her friendly, helpful manner made each of our tours with her extra special. She truly went above & beyond to make sure each of our group members was well looked after. Also special mention to our guide Mohamed in Alexandria. Overall - I would highly recommend using Deluxe Tours for planning & booking your tours in Egypt. Latif & his team will definitely meet your expectations & you will have a great trip. It is much better to book directly with a trusted local travel agency than going through a foreign one (who will end up using a local agency again).

Sold me 3" Landscape Grates that don't… Sold me 3" Landscape Grates that don't sit flush and fall out. Requested refund or exchange, and was ignored for 30+ days before i called. Called and was put on hold and recycled back to reception who told me i would be called back shortly. 48hrs later i called again and was told they would send me a return label. I received the return label and a note that i will only be getting back 47 cents for the 51.64 paid. They said restocking and shipping both ways to be the reason. They sold items not as described and then take no responsibility.
