So the one I got was not the one I needed. I haven't had time to contact your company to see how I need to proceed to correct the mistake. I'm sure that your website is much better at describing your products. So I guess someone needs to work with our web people to make it work better to prevent mistakes like this in the future.

No one accepted responsibility to help. Even though the packing sheet listed an instructions pamphlet was included in the package. There was no instruction pamphlet included with the shipment. When I called Specialized Products to ask for the missing item, I was told that the OEM was responsible for including the instruction pamphlet in the shipment and Specialized Products couldn't help me. I was told to call the OEM for help.
