Great Experience and Very Quick! The product: An industrial monitor. Made very well, in a very compact design, with lots of connections and mounting options. We were able to replace a very expensive (legacy / custom built) 12" marine monitor for a large vessel with a 17" Beetronics TOUCHSCREEN in the same footprint for 1/4 the cost! (The client is extremely happy.) Nicely designed website and order process with great product specs and info. Which made selecting the right product very easy. Good communication throughout, with updates and tracking info easily found. Shipping was very quick and on-time. Good return policy and warranty options. We will definitely order again!

Ordered 3 22" SDI monitors Ordered 3 SDI monitors for mini confidence monitors and live stream outputs. Was a little nervous with the purchase and the company, as I had never heard of them before, nor could I find any google reviews. However they had what I was looking for, so I took the chance. They arrived, the shipping box was damaged from shipping, however the monitors were fine and in great shape. I tested them all out, and everything is working the way it should. Having the SDI ability, makes it super easy, not having to have extra SDI to HDMI converters laying around the place. Using it on a gig this week, so if no more news, means its good news.

My 2.5yr old 19” monitor stopped… My 2.5yr old 19” monitor stopped working all of the sudden. I contacted Beetronics who then sent me a series of questions in order to help them pinpoint the problem. They quickly diagnosed the issue and a new plug was dispatched to me on the same day. An excellent first-class customer service experience, I guess you get what you pay for.

Good screen but not for desktop nor is it very portable I ordered a 27 inch touchscreen TV for an organization I'm a part of. The screen itself is fine and looks good. However, the desktop stand it comes with is a bit of a joke. It is not stable enough for the TV to be used as a touchscreen. It will fall over if not screwed into a mounting of some kind. It also won't hold the angle you set it on, it just falls flat unless you tighten the screws every time its moved. Delivery was quick.

Very good service in a specialty market For such a (relatively) specialty product, I was surprised to find a supplier with 100+ units in stock for immediate shipment. The shipment arrived the next day. The option of an external dimmer is a unique selling point and much appreciated in my application (private sailboat for navigation). I would have liked to see Display Port connectivity, as this is superior to HDMI and should be the professional's choice.
