The Beetronics monitors are high quality, rugged and durable, yet attractive to look at. When I go online and place an order, it usually ships the same day. And, shipping is free. Finding what I am looking for and ordering is super easy. The cost compared to similar products is competative. To date we have purchased 11 Beetronics monitors with only 1 failure. When I contacted Beetronics, they had a replacement in my hands within a couple of days. No fuss, no hassle. The only thing that I would say they could improve upon is this.. The Beetronics monitors come with a bracket that is designed to attach to a desktop or a wall for mounting, the monitor does not stand alone on any surface without being bolted in place. This does not usually work for most of our customer applications. We purchase monitor stands from another vendor to solve this issue. Overall, I highly recommend Beetronics monitors.

Rugged Display for Vehicles We use a small 7" display in an armored vehicle to show robot video to personnel inside. The all metal case and mount are perfect for this application.

Helpful representative There was a glitch in the purchasing process, but a representative promptly responded to my email and helped iron it out. --- Adding a month later that I really like the 17" touchscreen they make. It seems to be very stable and responsive, used as a confidence monitor ringed by virtual control buttons that are generated by a Crestron control system, in a college lecture hall.

first time using your monitor 12 "… first time using your monitor 12 " series , called for some technical information and advise , got through to somebody on the first call . this person was knowledgeable and motivated to help . delivered in two days , mounting was easy with the hardware provided , was able to get my milltronics milling back up and running in three days , from picking up the phone to installation in three days . hope next time i do business with beetronics it will go as smooth as first time.
