GBI love this mask and this company I love this mask and this company! Not only is this a durable mask that’s holds up to regular washing, but it is comfortable and light weight too. I love that a member of the customer service team, Rob, took the time to call me to discuss my order. It was wonderful to actually be able to talk to a human about my order, it is rather rare these days. Cannot recommend this mask and company enough, great experience!

GBSold me an item that they didn't have… Sold me an item that they didn't have in stock. Then, offered to switch to an inferior product, but at the same price as the item I originally purchased. The website should NOT allow you to put items in your cart, let alone CHARGE you for items they don't have in stock! I will say, however, that they did do a quick and honest refund. Still, need to fix your inventory/website.

GBDisappointed with Order Cancellation I was disappointed when my initial order for the six BinaxNOW home Covid testing kits was cancelled. As for the replacements, I have not used them yet, so I cannot comment on their ease of use or accuracy of results.

Mersi communicated clearly with us when they needed to change the brand of home test kit available, and we were happy with how quickly the tests were shipped.
