I ordered a K19 I ordered a K19 and selected 2 day shipping, but found out in the package tracking that it was not sent through the method I had paid for. I ended up getting the package after about a week and in the process I called to get a refund on the shipping. I talked to a rep and within about 5 minutes I had the money back. The guy that helped me was honest and personable. It was simply a human error for whenever they shipped it out. Turned a lame situation into a good one.

I got the level 3 special threat I got the level 3 special threat. Definitely light weight and not to thick so stock positioning is the same. Mutli-curve hugs well enough...could be a little move curved at top towards the collar but it's fine. Hopefully they never have to be tested in a real scenario and hopefully they do their job. Gunsandgear as well as iraqivet8888 have great reviews/demonstrations of these plates. Coating was even and they look well made. Shipped fast and you can't beat the price for since they are basically a lightweight level 4. I recommend

Outstanding All the way around Our agency ordered two shields in late August while trying to spend left over funds from the previous budget year. I contacted the company and they worked with me to assure that the shields were invoiced prior to shipping, which is not their normal business process. typically they charge your credit card when the item ships so I was messing with how they do things. Within an hour they had done exactly what I had asked and sent me a "Paid invoice" which stated "awaiting fulfillment". Within two more days they shipped the shields and they arrived ahead of schedule. The shields are excellent quality and carefully packaged to protect them in transit. Got exactly what we "special" ordered, very quickly and the customer service/support was outstanding.
