I called in to get some instruction on returning the package I received and getting the correct parts. No human answered and I was directed to the website and to read How to return an order. So how would I get the correct order ?

They likely have it. E-replacement parts generally has what you need as a fix it guy. I've found a big variety of parts anywhere from refrigerator parts to lawnmower parts, A/C etc.
