It's been almost one month since I… It's been almost one month since I ordered parts. I paid for expedited shipping, and after given a ship by date of April first the date was changed to N/A. I have sent numerous emails, with NO response. I am very disappointed.

It took 4+ months to get our part… It took 4+ months to get our part because they held our order until they had "enough orders" to send to the manufacturer. Still cheaper than buying a new food processor, but they need to be realistic with the shipping time frame, we were originally told 2-5weeks. My husband made multiple calls to them and was given attitude a couple of times by the reps he talked to. He did have to get firm with them, but he does not raise his voice or yell/scream as I do not tolerate it (I work in customer service). Overall the part is great and does what it's supposed to do, but the service is poor and expectations are unrealistic.

They likely have it. E-replacement parts generally has what you need as a fix it guy. I've found a big variety of parts anywhere from refrigerator parts to lawnmower parts, A/C etc.
