They refused to return my money or ship another machine. TTLIFE blames the shipper yet they will not give me the name or phone number for them. RUN don't walk away from this company.

NT-02 to the Rescue! Just got the NT-02 today and wow, what a difference it's made for my mother with severe COPD. The machines we tried before just weren't cutting it. But with the NT-02, her breathing has improved noticeably. It's such a relief to see her more comfortable. Highly recommend the NT-02 for anyone struggling with similar issues.

My needs may be a little unique in that I have congestive heart failure but normal ecgs and echocardiograms. They put me on oxygen. Living in a flood zone in an elevated house meant needing help getting up and down stairs . I was looking for a portable rechargeable oxygen generator to give me more freedom. No help needed. After careful investigation I found the NT 05. From the moment I opened the box and saw how carefully it was packed I realized I was getting a quality product. The instructions were clear and it was easy to get it ready for testing to see if it met my needs. NO problems. It now gives me the ability to come and go as I please. The battery easily lasts two hours so I don't have to worry about it shutting off (4 hrs with the back up battery). I looked at a lot of generators, most cost hundreds if not thousands more and did not have the same features. The customer service was great, the same quality as the product they sell.
