Avoid this vendor Unwilling to offer refund for simple mistake in a download. Customer service was dismissive and unwilling to. provide $17.99 refund for an obvious mistake. 6/19/23 Third effort at resolution ineffective, had to involve payment source as offer to sell me a 15GB download for an additional $14 is just not satisfactory. 2 stars for quick responses, irresolution aside.
