Excellent Customer Service Nicole N. was very helpful. She was patient, kind, and understanding. I dreaded having to do this but Nicole was cheerful and made the entire experience a pleasant one. Even having a little computer trouble did not discourage her. Thank you so much Nicole.

Nicole is the absolute best by far!! Nicole is the absolute best by far!! We have had an on going issue for couple weeks involving VASAP. Nicole never stopped the the problem was solved although it was not her problem she helped to solve it giving advice making suggestions the 3 of us worked diligently together to be able to move forward. Nicole has excellent customer service skills has patience and well educated at her job. We are very grateful for Nicole's expertise she's wonderful NICOLE IS THE BOMB!!!😊

Mike at roadguard is horrible he… Mike at roadguard is horrible he charged me 50 to remove my interlock but to put it back in is 200 dollars. Please make this make sense. Highway robbery I was with them from 2018 until 2023. All to fill your pockets Mike is ridiculous. You always said they don't pay you well. Don't try to over charge me. I will being joining Smart start no where near y'all price. Sad and ugly company beware
