GBMy Company ordered a blue print rack My Company ordered a blue print rack. The rack was not what my boss wanted. Contacted Tiger Supplies multiple times for return after many run- around's from Tiger Supplies employees and having to contact BBB we finally received our credit for item. Not to forget to mention we had to pay the original shipping charge along with the return shipping charge. These were not credited. Totaling $36.45. This is a company I will never buy from or deal with again in the future. Save yourself the headache and your money.

GBBait and Switch on shipping and poor customer service Ordered an instock item according to their website and their website says ships within 24-48 hours. After a week of no shipping notification I called in. I was told by their rep Perry that the item was in fact in stock but their warehouse was not shipping last week and my invoice would state that items are estimated to ship within 24-48 hours. This is conflict with their website. Seems to be a bait and switch once they have your money.

GBPartial deliver of an order placed Partial deliver of an order placed for PPE. On chasing the remaining items customer service admitted that they no longer produce the items ordered! No contact to let me know and I’ve had to rush to source alternative PPE for my staff. I won’t be using again.

GBFast and easy, but return credit took forever! The whole process was fast and easy. Ordering and shipping was quick. Two screws were missing from the product which I had to request twice. Had to return an item for another size which went well all but the credit on the return. Requested the credit a few times and finally received it approximately a month after Tiger signed for the return.

GBGood product, but no return on inquiry email I purchase a product on their mobile site, received errors and no confirmation. Went to amazon and purchased product for cheaper. Sent an email to cancel my order but never received anything back. I didn't want two products but I got two. Ended up working out because of multiple locations but this site needs work and better customer service with emails sent.
