GBPoor Company-Poor Customer Service Miller • 5 minutes ago I DO NOT recommend Hand-Tools.com. I placed an order almost two weeks ago. I did not get an email confirmation or receipt until today, and I have not received my order. I had to send them two emails, one phone call and register a complaint with PayPal. Finally, I received an email receipt with a tracking number, but it has not been sent. If you call customer service, it immediately goes to voicemail.

GBGood company They're a little slow for some orders, but they warn you about that ahead of time (It took a week to process my order before it was shipped). Other than that, though, they're a great company! I would definitely recommend them.

GB5 stars for sure I messes up my order..They fixed it..Fast E-Mail response and great communication. They are a little slow in mailing but no problem getting your stuff..Seems to be a Great company. I will order again and don't expect any problems at all. Fantastic engraving on knifes I have ordered. They look great..I can;t brag enough on there commutation plus they have a phone that actually works, and someone actually picks up.
