GBTerrible customer service Ugh. Several mixups with a couple of orders, one shipment arrived over a year and a half after the order had been quoted and placed! I wouldn't mind all of that, as the order had been for pipettes and we always need them, and we were all operating in pandemic/post-pandemic time so I'm okay with a lot of problems. But, we were overcharged for shipping (we were charged the entire quoted amount for s/h on the first (partial) shipment (over $100! for one carton)), and then every other carton that came included an additional s/h charge. I spent many hours providing customer service with the documentation they asked for, and they agreed they'd overcharged us, but they would NOT refund the excess charge. I kept asking for a refund check and the agent kept saying they'd credit our account, and I kept saying I wanted a refund check and the agent kept saying they'd credit our account. I never want to buy another effing pipette from them ever, so I'd really like my refund check!

GBWe really needed it the day after … We really needed it the day after order, the rep said it would be here that Friday. It was not. Then Transcat called one of my engineers (not the guy that made the order) just to say they will send it next week. It was one bad experience, however, generally Trasncat performs excellently.

GBThe mfg of the product ordered thru … The mfg of the product ordered thru Transcat had scheduled a move which delayed our shipment by months. We were not aware of this until it had happened. There should have more communication up front that the lead time was inaccurate and would be extended due to the relocation.

GBCapital budget order was placed the … Capital budget order was placed the second week of November, 2017. I was promised by Transcat that my order was placed and would be received by the end of December and would be shipped in one order. I have received (2) partial orders so far and still have not received all of my order and it is January 11, 2018. We deal with Transcat daily and have a huge calibration contract with them. This has been a horrible experience overall!!!

GBWish I could give 0 stars Wish I could give 0 stars. Horrible customer service. Would not respond to voicemail or email. Do not understand the products they sell. Save yourself the aggravation and frustration and order from someone else.
