What a great service What a great service. We couldn’t get appointments for passport renewal and picktime got us appointments really quickly. We also had a few challenges but over email they were responsive and changed the dates of the appointments. I highly recommend this service

Few notes Got an appointment in 1w! amazing. Some inputs - 1. updating your details acts funky, like you are re-registering. also if you are cancelling the details update the platform says you haven't finished your registration. 2. I would suggest mentioning that appointments are generally supporting updating your passport to biometric one. In the official gov.il site this appointment is differentiated, so it was unclear if I would face any problems with the appointment I got regarding this need. 3. The "specific dates" appointment is still pretty confusing, even with the instructions on why to choose it. I started with this property and as I got close to the end of the time period I chose, it was unclear what will happen to my appointment priority - when I cross the timeframe is the search for my appointment cancelled? will it still try to find me a time slot after the end date I declared? at the end I reverted to "normal" mode after getting worried.

the Picktime service is great the Picktime service is great. they found me an appointment easy and close by. the problem was the governmental office that received my appointment with 2 hours late. It was horrible with all those lay people. why cant they make an appointment and call you in on time? let all those who have no appointments wait as much as needed.

Swiftly solves a bureaucratic problem This application has saved us (a family of 5) a huge amount of time, eased an otherwise cumbersome process, while keeping a clear UI and prompt service. Worth every penny (Agora ;) ) !
