GBCancel at anytime? Not what they mean!! I canceled our subscription within our first month. Checked to make sure I could only use the free version which was the case. Then to my surprise I was just charged for a new month on my card!! Went to check the account and sure enough I can access everything again. Shame on you Captainu taking advantage of parents and athletes!! Do not get suckered into trying it.

GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer service! Canceled subscription same day as renewal and still got charged. Total ripoff and not worth the $179!

GBI played for a travel team and barely… I played for a travel team and barely got any minutes, sitting on the bench, but I get spam emails saying that I have colleges and a few coaches recruiting me. It asks me to "upgrade" with my credit card information in order to see who really searched me up. This is definitely a scam, do not pay this service a penny.

GBNot finding the service super-effective for us I think my daughter is probably too young for her CaptainU account to be effective. She doesn't have an ACT score, yet, for example. And she's only just now accumulating high school video footage to share. In addition, I sometimes find that the coaches listed are no longer the actual coaches at the college/university. Of the four coaches my daughter has emailed through CaptainU, only one has even opened and read the email. I wonder if an email just sent from her personal google account wouldn't accomplish the same thing.

GBCould be a scam...not sure...don't trust it. Although I have doubts about any value from this at all, I can't even log in. I just get error messages stating "too many redirects." It doesn't matter whether I'm on my iPhone or PC, it's just a poor platform. Has anyone ever heard of this being legitimately beneficial to an athlete?
