Terrible for its purpose Pros: - Visual aid when typing in case you forget finger positioning. - Each level slowly adapts to your weaknesses and helps you train. Slightly. Cons: - No auto-log in feature, frustrating to have to log in every time (cookies are a thing). - Poor UI control, once you begin a section you cannot choose to redo or go back to an exercise until you finish the one you have. - Exercises tend to not really help to type faster, they're more of a repetitive nuisance than anything. WPM doesn't really get better. Other sites help me more, especially the ones with Monkeys. - Making any typing mistakes is awful. Make one? The cursor will move to the next character. Get that one wrong too? It wont continue. This severely impacts your ability to actually increase speed and learn from your mistakes.

Fantastic Customer Support Hector was prompt in fixing the issue I was having. He also went into detail on how to avoid the issue in the future. Now I know to add additional instructions for the students on what not to do when signing up.

What a great team - I had issues with some emails being doubled-up I had some issues with some email addresses not allowing me to enter some students into my typing.com classrooms. The typing.com team quickly took care of the issue, and I mean quickly. I have used typing.com for our classroom for eight years now and can honestly say that my students have fun using it and experience a definite improvement in key entry (typing) skills - typing speed and accuracy. this app should not be a app I HATE TYPING.COM i think it came straight from the devils lair because this app just torchures you to learn typing in a bad way i warning you get a another app NOT this one

A very dynamic way to learn how to type Typing.com helped me learn how to type in a very dynamic way.I used to type looking at the keyboard and screen all the time but after this training I am able to type just looking at the screen and it really makes a difference. After a few months of practice I got three certificates and I feel more confident at work with my typing skills. I really recommend this course.
