How to videos is not support for breaks in service. After repeated emails back and forth with support including screen captures to resolve an issue, I keep getting sent how to videos. Failure to read thoroughly the issue is rampant in the support department that I have worked with. So far, several of the premium functions fail such as the real time activity monitor and the assignments functions. The only real reason to pay for this is to remove advertisements.

Easy data collection and an affordable "Ad Free" Premium typing software I was looking for an affordable typing program for my Middle School keyboarding class students. The typing.com software provided me with a great way to track data on individual student's performances and growth. Since the Premium package was so affordable, under $350 for 115 students, I could jump them into the "Ad Free" version and have them work with less to no lag on their typing lessons. I highly recommend typing.com for any keyboarding class or an independent student who wants to improve their skills.

I understand that for the free version… I understand that for the free version that they need to allow ads however they allow ads that consume high data. My laptop has 32gb ram and there are a lot of delays while ads load which makes it difficult to type. This makes it required to pay if you want a reliable experience. Some exercises require you to retype a missed letter and other move forward. This inconsistent formatting also makes learning to type more challenging.

Great Free Product I have thoroughly enjoyed using your website and typing activities for my classes this year. Horrible Horrible website! I'm doing the "coding essentials" bit right now and it explains NOTHING, at least barely anything! My mother could explain it better, and she doesn't even work with code!
