Unless you like eating chemicals that cause instant heart burn and enjoy getting charged and shipped product after you cancel, please don’t support this version of white collar crime.

Good Product I have used Nicorette products in the past and Lucy blows them out of the water. The taste is much better and it seems that it also satisfies my nicotine cravings more. I'm a big fan of the pouches, they need to be added directly onto the Shop page instead of being just something recommended after adding gum or lozenges to your cart. I assume since they are new, they are just being tested and they'll be on there eventually if they do well.

Trustpilot Makes Good Sometimes people try to deceive you because you’re old. It happened when we were at our 1st and only Princess shore excursion at St Martin. It was very disappointing. Billed as “a rum and reggae” beach party, there was no beach, and trim young men weren’t playing volleyball or doing the limbo. The only reggae was on the radio, and no one was dancing. When asked for a review, I was very harsh, and I thought that was the end. It wasn’t. Craig from Trustpilot called to tell me that I will be reimbursed for the excursion and that makes it all good. WOW. A company that actually backs up their promise. I should complain more often.

Great company, the type of startup you'd want to be part of. Customer service is super responsive and has a personal touch. Products are far better than anything on the market, but still can use some QC (for example, different flavors have different experience. The bead inside the mint pouch will dissolve within minutes on its own, releasing the flavor earlier than one may want it. The bead inside the berry pouches will never dissolve until the user bites into it). Some pouches have alot of flavor "dust" inside the can (when i close the can, literally a puff of cloud comes out), other cans do not. Some pouches break down faster than others, etc. Flavors are outstanding. Flavor lasts much longer than market competitors found in stores I appreciate a premium product for someone that can pay a premium price. Would purchase these with 0 nicotine just because the flavor and experience is so satisfying.
