GBPainfully Slow & Outdated Painfully Slow & Outdated We received our approval on Feb 27, 2024. It is now Mar 25th and the loans from Mohela still have not been paid off. RISLA sent a CHECK!! A check? Are you kidding me? Is this 1995? Outdated process and obnoxiously slow in a modern banking world. I'm surprised they didn't ask for us to fax in information.

GBExtremely helpful with refinance! RISLA was the only company willing to help my son and myself refinance his private student loan. They were extremely helpful from start to finish. Definitely recommend this company if you are trying to refinance a student loan.
