The first time I was disconnected from… The first time I was disconnected from the girl I was trying to order through and she didn’t seem very knowledgeable and it took her a long time to get things done. I called back right after and got a different person and she was wonderful. She was knowledgeable, and she got me through the process quickly and easily.
