Good variety of courses to choose from They have a good variety of courses to choose from. Navigation through the web site is easy. The only thing negative is that when the internet connection gets lost while taking a live webinar, the web re-starts the course, instead of continuing where it left.

I was unable to order from your… I was unable to order from your website. A customer service representative was exceptionally helpful and I was able to order over the phone. Thank you so much for providing a textbook option for those of us who do not have a strong internet connection.

Easy and relevant Easy and slick purchase and use. I like the variety of courses. The on-demand webinars are a favorite because they fit into my already packed work schedule. The one point I would improve would be to make organizing and editing registered courses more user-friendly. I have already noticed and appreciate the updates from last year!

Trying to Receive your product from the middleman is a nightmare The company itself, Home CEU is easy to work with, and take the tests to obtain CEU's. The company they work with to send you your ordered materials seems to be a glorified kinkos in Memphis, TN that sends you spiral bound information and consistently gets your order wrong and when you contact to resolve that tell you products you ordered from the site that is inaccurate. When you forward your order from HomeCEU they tell you they can't resolve since it conflicts with their view of what you ordered and to get HomeCEU to resolve. I placed my order on 2/26/24 and it is 3/4/24 and I'm still trying to get resolution.
