Good variety of courses to choose from They have a good variety of courses to choose from. Navigation through the web site is easy. The only thing negative is that when the internet connection gets lost while taking a live webinar, the web re-starts the course, instead of continuing where it left.

Easy and relevant Easy and slick purchase and use. I like the variety of courses. The on-demand webinars are a favorite because they fit into my already packed work schedule. The one point I would improve would be to make organizing and editing registered courses more user-friendly. I have already noticed and appreciate the updates from last year!

A Desire for Increased Quality So far I haven’t felt like the content and presentation of content has been of high enough quality. There also does not appear to be consideration for best practices in terms of learning. Slides with only wording are boring and lack necessary engagement for longer courses.

My experience was great My experience was great! The topics/courses offered were more than appropriate for my position in the healthcare field. Material covered was thorough and presented in a palitable way (easy to understand). There were no breaks which I liked and of course you can't beat the convince of taking the course in your own home. Took the anxiety down several levels with the ease of signing up. Great job!!:)
