GBRe-Occuring Order and Grease on the cans. I love the product and have a small re-occuring order. I tried to alter and add product and was told I had to add a second order because the new on-line system would not allow me to change my re-occuring order? Seems odd. Secondly my add order this month came and all the cans had grease on the exterior. Each can had to be cleaned before the product could be drank.

GBYour website is so slow Your website is so slow, it took me nearly a full workday to order a shirt. I'm sure the shirt will be 5 stars, but it's worth a few more dollars a month to upgrade the server so customers can make orders in a timely manner.

GBPoor experience from beginning to... Well I still haven't gotten my order! I have placed an order more than 2 weeks ago and I have yet to receive it. I both called and emailed the company but have yet to receive a response. No one is answering the phone at the company either. Option 4 on the automated system didn't even work! I'm a returning customer and I'm reminded of why I left on the first place.

GBI order cases of the recovery drinks on… I order cases of the recovery drinks on a regular subscription. The recovery drinks are absolutely a great product. I would give them 5 stars for the product and 2 stars for the slow shipping (my current none subscription order is 11 days old and I'm still waiting for the product to arrive) and ongoing issues with their ordering system and related problems. Great product though.
