Awesome BEST PLACE TO SELL BACK TEXTBOOKS EVER!!! Selling, sending, printing out the free shipping label, and instructions on how to send my books to the company was all too easy and stress-free! I got my money for my textbooks that I sold to them in a matter of just a FEW DAYS!!! better than all the other companies out there and they give the BEST sell back PRICES!!! More money in your pocket for school!!! Just wish they accepted more of my textbooks I wanted to sell back from other schools but what I did sell was enough to help get my lab manual for nursing school this semester!!!

Nothing really negative just a little… Nothing really negative just a little slow in process and vague in explanation. Bear in mind I say this in comparison to other vendors I sell to. I have only sold once to Beermoneybooks. I didn't take into account the disaster effecting Texas from the winter storm and Texas's unique Grid that does not share with neighbor states (power). I have come to find that a vendor that might be slow in one aspect will outshine others in a different aspect. I just don't know Beermoneybooks well enough to relate any other qualities at this point. There definetly are vendors that are way worse then BeerMB

Fantastic service Got exactly what was agreed to. Sold during a busy season, so it wasn't the fastest turn around but the buy back was the highest of any other site I got quotes from. Customer service was helpful when I had questions. I would definitely use this site again!

I had to contact them a few weeks after… I had to contact them a few weeks after a sent my books in because I hadn't heard a word from them and hadn't recieved payment. They did get back to me in a timely manner and told me they had received my books but they had to be sent to the publisher for confirmation as they are often replicated. They only thing I would change is that they send an email out when they receive the books to let the customer know what the next step is.
