Nothing really negative just a little… Nothing really negative just a little slow in process and vague in explanation. Bear in mind I say this in comparison to other vendors I sell to. I have only sold once to Beermoneybooks. I didn't take into account the disaster effecting Texas from the winter storm and Texas's unique Grid that does not share with neighbor states (power). I have come to find that a vendor that might be slow in one aspect will outshine others in a different aspect. I just don't know Beermoneybooks well enough to relate any other qualities at this point. There definetly are vendors that are way worse then BeerMB

Awesome BEST PLACE TO SELL BACK TEXTBOOKS EVER!!! Selling, sending, printing out the free shipping label, and instructions on how to send my books to the company was all too easy and stress-free! I got my money for my textbooks that I sold to them in a matter of just a FEW DAYS!!! better than all the other companies out there and they give the BEST sell back PRICES!!! More money in your pocket for school!!! Just wish they accepted more of my textbooks I wanted to sell back from other schools but what I did sell was enough to help get my lab manual for nursing school this semester!!!

Still Waiting I sent my book to them on 11/27/23, the website it says it was recieved on 12/26/23 and that they sent my check on 12/26/23 but I still haven't recieved it yet. I've sent numerous email but have not got a response from anyone yet.

They took care of my book appropriately The customer service responded to me promptly and made a direct phone call to the publisher to verify if it is counterfeit. I guess nowadays even universities could get tricked by the copies. They wired me the book money the same day after they contacted the publisher. I sincerely appreciate it. I definitely would use their service again!

Review *DO NOT USE*. Check was returned due to NSF. Communications were terrible. In trying to receive my money back, I receive the following email: BeerMoneyBooks is immediately shut down and closed. All funds and books are frozen. No further information is available at this time.
