They do not payout I held off writing this review in hopes they might actually be genuinely behind but its been 2 weeks + without my approve payout. Chat advises the same that its been escalated A shame as the spreads and website is actually really smooth - as you can see from all the other reviews they aren't paying out so please read before purchasing a new challenge With extremely low hopes they resolve everyone's issues, I'll update but for now avoid!

Stopped Responding to Communications… Stopped responding to communications and have changed their main contact email to a 'Gmail' account. Sent around 12 emails/ contact forms over 2/3 weeks and had no response. They did not process my KYC, which means I am unable to request a withdrawal. DONT GIVE THIS PROP FIRM YOUR MONEY.

Is this place going out of business? I can't withdraw my $3,000 in profit because they won't KYC verify my documents even though I have sent them to them. I have sent emails, written to instagram, and written to chat, but no response. Is this place going out of business?

Rejected payouts Rejected payouts So far I've been rejected for more than 8 payouts with different accounts, all for different reasons, the last one was rejected for not reaching the minimum trading days, instresting enough it states in all of their websites that there is 0 minimum trading days but yet they are giving this as an excuse not to payout... Really disappointing.
