No payout received, and no response to emails Unfortunately, I haven't received my payout from Genesis, and my request has been pending for three weeks now. I've sent many emails to their Zendesk, email address, and Instagram, but I haven't received any response. Additionally, they have not paid out the affiliate commissions... In the next update, I'll be sharing a video along with some screenshots. After One Month and 2 Days, no payout received, still in "pending request"

Rejected payouts Rejected payouts So far I've been rejected for more than 8 payouts with different accounts, all for different reasons, the last one was rejected for not reaching the minimum trading days, instresting enough it states in all of their websites that there is 0 minimum trading days but yet they are giving this as an excuse not to payout... Really disappointing.

I saw reviews in regards to no payout because of SL but its started clearly in the table before you buy challenge, sucks to see 1 star. 10/10 service 10/10 service, great servers and great incentives. EA works flawlessly on evaluation servers just few minutes for me to pass me and friends. Affiliate program also treating me very well allowing me to offer passes for cheaper which has increased my challenge passing services by a lot. Haven't heard anyone i know be refused payout who didn't breach rules so all in all 9/10 for me
