No payout received, and no response to emails Unfortunately, I haven't received my payout from Genesis, and my request has been pending for three weeks now. I've sent many emails to their Zendesk, email address, and Instagram, but I haven't received any response. Additionally, they have not paid out the affiliate commissions... SCAM WARNING SCAM WARNING! Do not buy any challenges as this prop firm seems to be a cash grab. They will tell you your trades are the same or similar to other traders and say you are copy trading and not payout or close your account. They refused my first payout saying this then I emailed them stating they are scamming people because everyone I know who are with them can’t ever get payouts, now on my second payout request they closed my account without an actual reason other then I copy trade when I was making my own trades.

Advice not to be taken lightly It would be well advised to stay away from this company and not give them any more business, after purchasing a 200k account and passing the funded challenge, subsequent communication was non existent on all of their platforms. My KYC documentation was never looked at, and the kyc email address does (kycgenesisforexfunds.com) has no kind of validation of receipt of the numerous emails i sent to them. You now cannot even buy a new account. Its sad to admit but the 700£ i spent on the purchasing the account i have already considered lost, along with the payout i know will not be coming to me. I just hope that others dont make the same mistake. Please please DYOR and due diligence. I will report to Action Fraud

10/10 service 10/10 service, great servers and great incentives. EA works flawlessly on evaluation servers just few minutes for me to pass me and friends. Affiliate program also treating me very well allowing me to offer passes for cheaper which has increased my challenge passing services by a lot. Haven't heard anyone i know be refused payout who didn't breach rules so all in all 9/10 for me

Best hft allowed firm in industry right… Best hft allowed firm in industry right now. Rules are a bit tight but managed to work with them if anything it made me more disciplined with my trades. Flawless from start to finish besides that. I received payout yesterday and just went again with new challenge. Please look into adapting rules if possible.
