Change of shift chaos organization I was having issues getting reorganized during the last 4 hrs of my 12 hr shifts, much of it due to the ‘change of shift’ chaos happening on my new unit. Your papers helped me take the few minutes I needed to get the important highlights of each patient together in order to navigate the end of the shift & give a more detailed report to the oncoming nurse.
