I don't know anything else in this program is showing me a new way to live. The structure and the support that you get from the group and from the way that JK has set up the tools are beyond anything that I've ever seen with regards to recovery. Hard work pays off I have been stuck in what feels like a relentless loop of misery and have always been hoping for a solution. I always expected it to be one thing or maybe one breakthrough moment that would break this addiction. Don't expect for that to work. This program enables you to have the ability to properly implement successful strategies and skills, layered over time, to create healthy habits to overcome the affects of having an addiction.
