Carlo was excellent I have reached out to Skup Support several times for a variety of requests. In my prior experience, I have had to wait 5-6 days to get a reply and then continue to wait for action to be taken on my requests. However, I reached out to support this afternoon for a website design issue and Carlo promptly replied and took action on the issue. Carlo provided excellent customer service. I hope to receive this type of response/ customer service from Skup again.
