I love that they are willing to…teach through the process. I love that they are willing to basically hold your hand in the process of teaching you how it all works. They are great with trying to keep you thought process positive. It's easy to get lazy.

Carlo was excellent I have reached out to Skup Support several times for a variety of requests. In my prior experience, I have had to wait 5-6 days to get a reply and then continue to wait for action to be taken on my requests. However, I reached out to support this afternoon for a website design issue and Carlo promptly replied and took action on the issue. Carlo provided excellent customer service. I hope to receive this type of response/ customer service from Skup again.
